FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed is a device for separating freezing out of liquid food products, which comprises a cylindrical working container with a conical bottom surrounded by a jacket with a heat-transfer agent, and a refrigerating machine. Refrigerating machine consists of a condenser and an evaporator, immersed into the different heat-transfer fluid containers, which communicates with the jacket of the working container. It also contains a compressor, an air condenser, a thermostatic valve and valves connecting the containers with the heat-transfer fluid.
EFFECT: device provides reduction in energy costs and a reduction in the duration of the cycle in general.
