FIELD: physicochemical analysis.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of physicochemical analysis. Method is proposed for determining the composition of the surface layer of a two-component spherical nanoparticle in a matrix, according to which, in order to establish the dimensional dependence of the composition of the surface layer of a nanoparticle, an alloy containing nano-sized particles is subjected to thermal annealing, the composition of the nanoparticles and matrices as well as the average radius of the nanoparticle are determined.
EFFECT: increase the accuracy and informativeness of the data.
