SUBSTANCE: organic light-emitting diode (10) includes substrate (20), first electrode (12), emission active packet (14) and second electrode (18). At least one of first and second electrodes (12, 18) is light-emitting electrode (26) containing metal layer (28). Metallic layer (28) comprises light scattering elements (29) on metal layer and / or in metal layer (28). Diode (10) also comprises sub-layer (30) disposed between metal layer (28) and substrate (20), sub-layer (30) comprising a zinc oxide layer on top of the zinc stannate layer. Light-diffusing elements (29) enhance the emission of light emitted by organic light-emitting diode (10).
EFFECT: invention provides a weakening of the optical waveguide effect for increasing electromagnetic radiation.
