FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal imaging field, to thermal imaging systems that convert the infrared radiation of the observed object into a video image made on the basis of uncooled microbolometric matrices. Thermal imaging module is designed for use in infrared cameras for night vision and diagnostics. Thermal imaging module has a high reliability of operation in a wide range of operating temperatures with relatively small weight and size parameters, which are optimized to ensure the necessary thermal conditions. Effective heat dissipation from round plates with installed radio electronic components is implemented by radiation of thermal energy through the gaps between them with the selected optimal dimensions and by direct thermal contact of their peripheral regions with the sectionalized cylindrical metal body of the thermal imaging module.
EFFECT: technical result is to ensure reliable operation of the module in a wide range of operating temperatures.
