SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of engineering for the food industry, in particular to devices for attaching birds and bird carcasses to the legs, and can be used in the poultry processing industry in poultry processing lines. Suspension for fastening quails in grooves t with parallel sides is made of stainless rod with a diameter of 3–5 mm, while the outer frame of the suspension is made of two L-shaped parts (1) connected by horizontal bridge (2), grooves t are formed by the long ends of the L-shaped parts (1) and the straight sections of inner arch (3), also connected to horizontal bridge (2). Width of each slot t and its length L are connected by the relation L=(10–25)t, the upper part of inner arch (3) is connected to short ends of the L-shaped parts (1) of the outer frame by strip (4) with opening (5), and the lower part of the suspension of length l=(2–7)t is bent from the suspension plane by an angle z=0–90 degrees.

EFFECT: simplifies the design of the suspension and reduces its weight.
