FIELD: cloths; pads; sponges.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises: periphery geometries matrix set determination having deviating from the circular shape component and thickness differential, wherein the deviating from the circular shape component makes from 95 to 60% of the full circle, and the thickness differential is in the range of 0.1 to 0.4 mm, at that, the matrix set includes at least two values of the deviation from the round shape and the thickness differential, the calculation of the lens stabilization time on the eye; formation of isolines reflecting the stabilization time for each element in the matrix set; estimation of isolines and the preferred area determination on the basis of maximum comfort ensuring, minimizing the stabilization time and complexity in manufacturing; periphery geometry selection, which determines the stabilization time within the preferred region.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction in lens stabilization time, increased comfort during the lens residence on the eye, and simplification of insertion and manufacturing.
