FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the tire front and rear ends attachment device and method. Device comprises a separator (4) intended for the front end (LE) and the rear end (TE) from the working surface separation in the separation position to form the separation space. At that, the device comprises connection module (5) with the connection support (51) for the front end and the rear end supporting on the separation space side, and with a connection head (53) intended for the front end and the rear end connecting on the connection support outside the separation space. Device also comprises the connection module a drive (7) for the connection module driving, separator drive (6) intended for the separator separation, and control unit (8) intended for the simultaneous control of the separator drive and the connection module drive so, that during the connection the separator was retracting in the attachment direction forward from the connection module.
EFFECT: technical result enabled by the use of the group of inventions is in improvement of the front and rear ends connection joint quality along the joint line.
