SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Recombinant plasmid DNA, pBiPr-ABIgA1FI6-ht, encoding a human anti-haemagglutinin antibody of human influenza A virus of the IgA1 isotype, and a method for producing said human antibody, as well as a line of eukaryotic cells containing said recombinant plasmid DNA, and a method for producing said cell line. Proposed recombinant plasmid DNA contains a heavy chain gene under the control of the hEF1-HTLV promoter and the bovine growth hormone BGH polyA polyadenylation signal polyA and the light chain gene under the control of the CMV promoter and the thymidine kinase of the herpes virus polyadenylation, and a selective marker that provides the selection of transfected eukaryotic cells. Promoters of hEF1-HTLV and CMV are arranged in a sequence providing unidirectional transcription, that ensures stable co-expression of the genes of heavy and light chains of the antibody.

EFFECT: proposed group of inventions can be used in biotechnology to produce a human IgA1 isotype antibody to the influenza A virus hemagglutinin.
