SUBSTANCE: recombinant plasmid DNA pBiPr-ABIgA1FI6-Intht, comprising coding sequences of light and heavy chain of human F16 antibody to the human influenza A virus of the IgA1 isotype, and a method for producing said human antibody, as well as a line of eukaryotic cells containing said recombinant plasmid DNA, and a method for producing said cell line. Proposed recombinant plasmid DNA contains an introned heavy chain gene under the control of a hEF1-HTLV promoter and the bovine growth hormone BGH polyA polyadenylation signal polyA and the light chain gene under the control of the CMV promoter and the thymidine kinase of the herpes virus polyadenylation, and a selective marker that provides the selection of transfected eukaryotic cells. hEF1-HTLV and CMV promoters are arranged in a sequence providing unidirectional transcription, which allows stable co-expression of the heavy and light chain genes of the antibody with a yield of up to 16.7 mg/l of the culture medium.
