SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to the recombinant production of human proteins in CHO cells, and can be used to obtain a human anti-hemagglutinin antibody for influenza A (IAV) of the IgA2m1 isotype. By integrating the light chain gene of a human IgA2m1 isotype antibody to influenza A (IAV) hemagglutinin, as well as the dihydrofolate reductase gene under the control of the cytomegalovirus promoter and heavy chain gene of the human anti-hemagglutinin A virus (IAV) antibody under the control of the promoter of the eukaryotic translation elongation factor 1 alpha, a recombinant bipromotor vector pBiPr-ABIgA2m1FI6-ht, which provides the biosynthesis of this antibody in cultured Chinese hamster ovary cells CHO DG44. Invention provides a stable production of human antibodies to the hemagglutinin of influenza A (IAV) virus of the IgA2m1 isotype with a yield of 1.9 mcg per ml of conditioned medium to the culture fluid.
EFFECT: invention provides stable production in the culture fluid of human antibodies to influenza A (IAV) hemagglutinin of the IgA2m1 isotype.
