FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, specifically to the recombinant production of therapeutic proteins, and can be used to get MBP84-106-Fc fused protein, consisting of the leader peptide of the heavy chain of the monoclonal antibody FI0, fused to the myelin basic protein fragment 84-106 (MBP84-106) and then with the Fc-fragment of IgG 1 antibody (CH2-CH3 domains) of a human, in Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. Construct a recombinant bipromotor expression vector pOptiVEC-MBP84-106-Fc, providing biosynthesis of MBP84-106-Fc bifunctional molecule in cultured CHO cells. Cell line of CHO-S18 - MBP84-106-Fc producer is obtained by transfection of CHO DG44 cell line with pOptiVEC-MBP84-106-Fc vector.

EFFECT: proposed invention allows to obtain a CHO cell line, stably producing MBP84-106-Fc protein into the culture fluid with a yield of 20 mcg per ml of conditioned medium.
