FIELD: methods of explosion protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the used in explosive and radioactive facilities safety devices, such as easy detachable panels and roofs, blast guards and shields, pressure relief valves. Result is achieved by the fact, that the explosion proof panel with the emergency warning system containing the explosion proof panel metal armored frame with metal armored shell and lead filler, having four fixed supporting branch pipes at the ends, and in the explosive hazardous object coating four bearing rods are rigidly embedded, which are telescopically inserted into the panel stationary supporting branch pipes, filler is made in form of air-lead disperse system, wherein lead is made in the form of crumbs, and the load-bearing rods are made flexible, at that, to the support rods ends from the metal frame facing side dampening the shock wave impact additional elements are attached. Between the additional elements and metal frame with armored metal skin, on the load-bearing rods bushings from easily destructible material, for example, of “triplex” type glass, are installed, at that, the emergency warning system with the safety indicator consists of a “weak link” fastener in the explosive hazardous object safety system, reacting to the emergency situation, for example, in the form of safety indicator fixed between flanges, which are rigidly fixed on the upper part of the armored metal plating of the metal frame of the explosion proof panel, and in the upper part of the cover of the explosive object at the opening intended for dropping the excess pressure, at that, the safety indicator consists of responding to deformation sensor, such as a strain gage, which output is connected to the signal amplifier, for example, strain amplifier, and the output of the amplifier is connected to the input of the emergency alerting system, wherein the flanges, between which the security indicator is secured, are tightened by the stud with upper and lower shanks to the coaxially arranged cylindrical transparent casing, for example of plexiglass, at that, the stud upper threaded shank and the lower threaded shank interact with the corresponding flanges through the washer and nut, wherein the stud upper and lower shanks are rigidly connected to each other by the rupture element made with the smaller cross-section than the stud shanks.
EFFECT: increase in the explosion-resistant device operation reliability during emergency explosion at the facility, and enabling these structures return to the initial position after explosion.
