FIELD: hydraulic displacement machines; pumps and compressors.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective devices used in explosive and radioactive facilities, such as easy detachable panels and roofs, blast resistant fences and gates, valves of excess pressure. Method of explosion protection with an emergency alert system is realized by means of an anti-explosion panel, which contains a metal armoured frame with metal armoured plating and a filler-lead, which has four fixed branch pipes at the ends. In the coating of explosive facility four load-bearing bar are rigidly mounted which are inserted in telescopic manner into motionless supporting branch pipes of the panel. Filler is implemented as the disperse system "air - lead”, and the lead is granulated, and load-bearing bars are flexible. Additional elements damping the effect of shock wave are secured to load-bearing bar end faces on the side facing to the metal frame. Between the additional elements and the metal frame with the armoured metal plating on the load-bearing bars there are bushings from a rapidly disintegrating material, for example, glass of the "triplex" type. Emergency alert system with a safety indicator consists of fastener assembly of "weak link" in the explosive facility safety system, responding to occurrence of emergency situation, made, for example in the form of a safety indicator fixed between flanges, which are rigidly fixed to the top of the armoured metal plating of the metal frame of the anti-explosion panel, and in explosive facility coating upper part next to excess pressure release opening. Safety indicator is executed in the form of a sensor responding to deformation, for example, a resistive strain gauge, its output is connected to a signal amplifier, for example strain-gage amplifier, and the output of the strain-gage amplifier is connected to the input of the device of the emergency situation warning system.
EFFECT: invention increases reliability of operation of explosion-proof devices during emergency explosion at site and provides return of said structures into initial position after explosion.
