EFFECT: formula is proposed for the treatment of hyperproliferative diseases associated with malignant transformation of cells expressing the carboxyl esterase hCE1 enzyme, in particular acute leukemias with MLL gene translocations, hepatocellular carcinomas and lung adenocarcinomas.
