FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dressing of minerals by means of floatation method, in particular, to aeration devices, and can be used in metallurgical, coal, mining, chemical and other industries. Aeration unit includes a coaxially mounted hollow shaft rigidly connected to the bladed impeller, a bladed stator, a bump. Above the impeller made in the form of a hollow branch pipe with holes and a disk with blades radially located on both sides of the disk, perpendicular to the disk and symmetrically to each other one bladed stator with horizontally arranged blades is installed with a gap of 2-3 mm. Under the impeller, another similar bladed stator is installed likewise. Both stators outer diameters and impeller are equal. In the installed under the impeller stator blades plane, a bump is installed. Along the perimeter at a distance of 40-60 mm from the stators and the impeller outer diameter, at least four stabilizers are installed radially and perpendicular to the horizontal plane. Located above the impeller, the bladed stator is made detachable.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the pulp aeration efficiency and air dispersion intensification with the production of finely dispersed bubbles necessary for the formation of mechanically strong floccules.
