FIELD: mining industry; metallurgy; food-processing and other industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed aeration unit includes drive with hollow shaft, bladed stator and bladed impeller made in form of two concentric rings with radial blades secured in between them. Upper ring of impeller is secured to shaft through vane provided with trapezoidal blades. Lower ring of impeller is secured directly to hollow shaft and is provided with projections on its lower surface. Air is fed to space under lower base of impeller. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 5 dwg
