Method of turning wheeled mobile vehicles is that when driving along a curved path each controlled wheel is rotated in a horizontal plane and simultaneously tilted to the center of rotation. Uncontrolled wheels also tilt their planes toward the center of the turn.

EFFECT: tires rolling of controlled and uncontrolled wheels is achieved.
