FIELD: methods of explosion protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety devices used in explosive and radioactive facilities, such as easy detachable panels and roof, blast guards and shields, excessive pressure valves. Result is achieved by the fact, that in the explosion proof panel with the emergency warning system containing metal armored frame with metal armored shell and lead filler, having four fixed supporting branch pipes at the ends, and in the explosive hazardous object coating four bearing rods are rigidly embedded, which are telescopically inserted into the panel stationary supporting branch pipes, filler is made in form of air-lead disperse system, wherein lead is made in the form of crumbs, and the load-bearing rods are made flexible, at that, to the support rods ends from the metal frame facing side dampening the shock wave impact additional elements are attached, between the additional elements and metal frame with armored metal skin, on the load-bearing rods bushings from easily destructible material, for example, of “triplex” type glass, are installed, at that, the emergency warning system with the safety indicator consists of a “weak link” fastener in the explosive hazardous object safety system, reacting to the emergency situation, for example, in the form of safety indicator fixed between flanges, which are rigidly fixed on blast panel metal frame armored metal plating upper part, and in explosive hazardous facility coating upper part next to excess pressure release opening, at that, the safety indicator consists of responding to deformation sensor, such as a strain gage, which output is connected to the signal amplifier, for example, strain amplifier, and the strain gage amplifier output is connected to the emergency notification system input.
EFFECT: increase in the explosion-resistant device operation reliability during emergency explosion at the facility, and enabling these structures return to the initial position after explosion.
