FIELD: protective devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective devices used in explosive and radioactive facilities. In the method, the anti-explosion panel with an emergency alert system contains a metal armored frame of an anti-explosion panel with metal armored plating and filler that is lead, having four fixed supporting pipes fitted at its ends. In the coating of an explosive object, four bearing rods are rigidly embedded, they are telescopically inserted into fixed supporting pipes of the panel. Said filler is an “air – lead”disperse system, wherein the lead is granulated. Above supporting pipes are made flexible, wherein to the ends of the supporting pipes from their sides, facing the metal frame, additional elements are added, damping the impact of the shock wave. Between the additional elements and the metal frame with armored metal lining, on the supporting pipes, there are bushings from a rapidly disintegrating material, for example, “triplex” type glass. Said emergency alert system with a safety indicator consists of a “weak link” attachment point in the safety system of an explosive object, reacting to the occurrence of an emergency situation, for example, in the form of a safety indicator attached to the side conical surface of the Belleville spring or to the side surface of the elastic bracket, located, at least, on one of the shanks of the pin, which tightens the flanges, which are rigidly fixed on the upper part of the armored metal casing of the metal frame of the anti-explosion panel and in the upper part of the cover of the explosive object near the opening, designed to relieve excess pressure. Above flanges are tightened by a pin with upper and lower shanks and a coaxially arranged cylindrical transparent casing, for example, from plexiglass. Above upper threaded shank of the pin and the lower threaded shank of the pin interact with the flanges through a washer and nut. Said safety indicator consists of a sensor responding to deformation, such as, a strain gage (tensiometer), whose output is connected to a signal amplifier, for example, a strain gage amplifier. Its output is connected to the input of the emergency alert system. Its casing has a window for preventive inspection of the warning system with a safety indicator.
EFFECT: invention increases reliability of operation of explosion-proof devices during emergency explosion at site and provides return of said structures into initial position after explosion.
