FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method of casting aluminium alloy products includes preparation of aluminium melt in mixer, introduction of Al-Ti-B alloys into the melt, degassing of aluminium containing alloy, re-introduction of alloy, filtration of obtained aluminium melt and feeding of the filtered melt to the crystalliser. The ratio of the amount of fed alloy in the first stage and the second stage is from 1:1 to 9:1.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the aluminium melt inoculation by alloying without additional structural changes in existing lines of aluminium ingots casting, which reduces costs of alloys inoculation, and reduce the grain size of produced alloys and increase plastic and mechanical properties of cast ingots and products produced from them.
