FIELD: medicine; biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: investigated daily agarinic cultures of pseudo-monads are inoculated on one loop of an one-milliard suspension in the 0.85% sodium chloride solution with a radial stroke on sectors (1/8 cups Petri) of minimum synthetic nutrient mediums in the Petri dish containing separately in each medium on one of 20 albuminous amino acids as a unique source of nitrogen and carbone and control medium without amino acid. Structure of mediums, g/l: L-aminoacid - 2.0-4.0; NaCl - 5.0; Na2SO4 - 2.0; KH2PO4-1.0; MgSO4·7H2O-0.1; bacteriological agar - 15.0; distilled water - to 1 l; pH-7.2±0.2; crops are incubated at +28°C within 72 hours, also species and biovars of the investigated pseudo-monads on profiles of recycling of 20 albuminous amino acids as a unique source of nitrogen and carbone, comparing them with the data received by the same technique, about profiles of recycling of 20 albuminous amino acids of known kinds and biovars of pseudo-monads.
EFFECT: invention allows to simplify intrapatrimonial identification of bacteria of sort Pseudomonas and to raise research commonality.
