FIELD: fodders.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technology associated with animal fodders, namely to the composition enhancing the dog fodders attraction. Composition consists of mixture of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of: ascorbic acid; its isomers; its derivatives; its salts; and combinations of the listed compounds, one or more food carriers selected from the water, carbohydrates, microbial proteins, vegetative / vegetable proteins, animal proteins, fat, mineral compounds and organic compounds, and / or the flavour enhancing composition one or more ingredients and / or one or more taste enhancers. Palatability enhancing composition ingredients are selected from the hydrolysed animal tissues, proteins, peptides, amino acids, carbohydrates, fats or lipids, nutrients, antioxidants, preservatives, surfactants, structuring additives and Mayaar ingredients. Invention relates to the having improved palatability dogs fodder, comprising at least one compound selected from the group consisting of: ascorbic acid; its isomers; its derivatives; its salts; and the listed compounds combinations. Dog fodder includes at least 0.001% of said compound, based on the dog fodder total weight, and is dog fodder containing the complete set of nutrients, excluding biologically active additives and goodies. Invention relates to the dog fodder palatability enhancing method, comprising: ensuring the said palatability enhancing composition presence; optionally heat treatment of the composition, addition of the optionally heat-treated palatability enhancing composition to the dog fodder preparation; and obtaining the dog fodder having increased palatability, compared to the dog fodder not including the palatability enhancing composition. Invention relates to the method of the flavour enhancement effect enhancing produced by the dog fodder palatability enhancer, comprising combining the palatability enhancer with at least one first palatability enhancing composition, comprising at least one compound selected from the group consisting of: ascorbic acid; its isomers; its derivatives; its salts; and the listed compounds combinations; and obtaining the palatability enhancing second composition, with increased palatability enhancement effect produced by the palatability enhancer, in particular, in comparison with the palatability enhancer, not mixed with at least the palatability enhancing one first composition. Invention relates to the dog food palatability enhancing kit comprising at least one compound selected from the group consisting of: ascorbic acid; its isomers; its derivatives; its salts; and the listed compounds combinations, which are located in one or more containers present in the single package.

EFFECT: invention relates to the applications of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of: ascorbic acid; its isomers; its derivatives; its salts; and the listed compounds combinations, as the dog fodder palatability enhancing composition element, to enhance the dog food palatability, as well as in the dog food palatability enhancing composition preparation method.
