VALVE WITH A RELIABLE LOCKING MECHANISM Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC F16K3/02 F16K31/52

Abstract RU 2659619 C2

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: valve with a reliable locking mechanism comprises valve body (10) made with a first end (11) and a second end (12), with a passage opening (13) at the second end (12); located on the valve body (10) drive mechanism (20); sliding seat (30) configured to slide in the valve body (10) made with a perpendicularly disposed driving movement chute (31), while the movement chute (31) is characterized by a non-linear path; in addition, the sliding seat (30) is made with two guide portions (35) symmetrically disposed thereon; at one end the rocker arm (40) is connected to the driving mechanism (20) and its other end is located in the driving chute (31), with possibility of the driving mechanism (20) rocker arm (40) rotational movement along the path between the first and second positions for the sliding seat (30) movement between the first end (11) and the second end (12), in accordance with the rocker arm (40) being in the first and second positions, wherein the rocker arm (40) displaces in the opposite direction to the sliding seat (30) movement; and the valve working member (50) made with two second guide portions (51) for interacting with the first guide portions (35) on the sliding seat (30), made with possibility of parallel or vertical movement relative to the passage opening (13), wherein with the rocker arm (40) first position, the sliding seat (30) is at the first end (11), with the rocker arm (40) second position, the sliding seat (30) is at the second end (12) and the valve actuator (50) reliably seals the valve opening (13).

EFFECT: locking mechanism does not allow the sliding seat and the working member spontaneous movement under the action of random external influences, and the valve (closing valve) working member (component) is reliably monitored for movement relative to the sliding seat, thereby locking the passage opening.
