SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used to prevent formation of acute fluid clusters in the surgical treatment of large postoperative hernias of the anterior abdominal wall using mesh implants. To do this, after completing the plastic surgery of the hernial graft by a mesh implant, performing hemostasis, measure the area of the operating field. Further, with the help of the dispenser, the application is carried out with a solution of the hemoblock at the rate of 0.25 ml per 1 cm² area of the operating field. After a 2-minute application, the wound is drained through separate incisions of the anterior abdominal wall for active drainage of the wound. Then the surgical wound is hermetically sutured.

EFFECT: method provides reduction in the degree of postoperative risk of gray formation in the postoperative period due to minimization of bleeding from the vessels of subcutaneous fat, reduction of draining time of the postoperative wound as a result of local lymphostasis and prevention of lymphorrhea.
