FIELD: antenna equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an antenna technique and can be used in wideband antenna arrays (AAs) with adjustable or switchable polarization. Contains a radiating unit with a plurality of radiating elements and a double-polarization beam forming arrangement (DBFA), which comprises the first and the second formation assembly of the beam pattern (BP), which are configured in order to form and feed the first and second orthogonal polarization signals, respectively to the emitting elements. Each of the formation assemblies of BP contains the network of power dividers, which comprises N steps of dividing the corresponding signal. According to the first and third embodiments of the claimed invention, the mentioned double-polarization DBFA is performed as a build-up procedure in a square shape with the L×L size for the alternately interchanging layers with the openings that are formed in them and with the waveguide channels. According to the second and fourth embodiments of the claimed invention, the mentioned double-polarization DBFA is performed in the form of assembling a plurality of assemblies of a square shape l×l, which are located in the same plane according to the specified BP of the AA. According to the first embodiment option of the claimed invention, in the double-polarization DBFA assembly the additional layer is located with the shift of the outputs of waveguide channels, which are formed in it. According to the second embodiment option of the claimed invention, each assembly in the double-polarization DBFA assembly is performed with the offset of the outputs of the waveguide channels in one additional layer. According to the third embodiment option of the claimed invention, two additional layers are located in the double-polarization DBFA assembly, with the offset of the outputs of the respectively formed waveguide channels. According to the fourth embodiment of the claimed invention, each assembly in the double-polarization DBFA assembly is configured in order to offset the outputs of the respective waveguide channels in two additional layers.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in the creation of a compact broadband double-polarization AA with a minimum level of coma lobes of its BP.
