FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to neurosurgery. Carrier for transplanted cells to replace a defect, obtained with a head injury, is made in the form of a 3D biodegradable scaffold consisting of a frame made with chitosan, bound by a hydrogel from hyaluronic acid, with autologous neural stem cells of the olfactory epithelium planted at the stage of formation of the neurosphere. Frame has the form of honeycombs with an outer cell diameter of 250 mcm, an internal honeycomb diameter of 150 mcm, height of the honeycomb is 250 mcm, high-molecular hyaluronic acid is used as the hydrogel, while a composition, which is used as raw materials for the creation of 3-dimensional structures, consisting of high molecular weight chitosan with a molecular weight of 80 kDa, degree of acetylation of 0.15, and high-molecular hyaluronic acid with registration number 9067-32-7 with a weight ratio of 3 parts of high molecular weight chitosan and 1 part of high molecular weight hyaluronic acid.
EFFECT: invention allows the formation of tissue in place of the damaged area.
