FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical equipment, namely, to the anodized aluminum impregnated strip manufacturing method, intended for use in the electrical component coil, wherein the said coil comprises intermediate material providing the cohesion and dielectric insulation functions. Intermediate material is also capable of crosslinking, namely, to molecular structures with the cross-linked arrangement formation by chemical reactions between its ingredients when it is exposed to certain physical conditions. Method comprises the stage of the said intermediate material precursor mixture application to anodized aluminum and at least one stage of the precursor mixture crosslinking to form the said intermediate material on aluminum strip, at that, the anodized aluminum is not subjected to clogging of the pores formed in alumina during anodizing before the intermediate precursor mixture application.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is improvement in the dielectric insulation quality during the inductance coil or other electrical products manufacturing using the anodized aluminum impregnated strip.
