Caramel with a filling of functional purpose consists of sugar, water, glucose syrup, plant phospholipid-mineral complex "Vitol-FEM-Ca", a biologically active additive "Selenobel", a concentrate of fruits of red viburnum, a concentrate of cranberry fruits and a concentrate of flowers and leaves of a narrow-leaved spray with a certain ratio of components.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a finished product having hypolipidemic properties and capable of improving memory processes.
