Essence of the invention lies in the fact that the device, which is array of transistors, contains first conductive layer located at the first level and defining plurality of first conductors forming the gate or source electrodes for the said array of transistors, and second conductive layer located at the second level and defining plurality of second conductors forming other source or gate electrodes for the said array of transistors, wherein the second conductive layer further defines the wiring conductors, disposed in one or more zones between the second conductors, and each wiring conductor is connected to the respective first conductor by one or more interlayer conductive bridges.
EFFECT: technical result is provision of possibility of creating the display with uniform characteristics over the array entire area.
