FIELD: internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the purification of internal combustion engine exhaust gases. Clamping device is sized and configured to cover the exhaust gas aftertreatment system component by using a clamping device comprising a seat for placing a clamp sealant. Clamp sealant is placed in the seat to accommodate the clamp sealant. Ring-shaped seal section is also sized to cover the exhaust gas aftertreatment system component. Additional sealant is placed between the clamping device and the ring-shaped seal section.
EFFECT: proposed is a seal section assembly for preventing liquid from entering through the exhaust pipe connection of the exhaust gas aftertreatment system.
