FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and can be used to develop mineral deposits. Method is proposed for the development of minerals with layered excavation of rocks using a loading device that includes a mechanism of movement with tracks or wheels, a loading mechanism including a ladle, a hopper and a chain or plate feeder. Bucket is made in the form of a scoop with elongated parameters for better penetration into the ground, the length l being greater than the width b by 1.5 time and is, for example, l1=1.5 m and b1=1 m (underground work) and l2=3.5–4 m and b2=2–3 m (open works), connected by means of powerful hydraulic cylinders with a support frame connected to the base of the machine. In this case, the bucket-scoop is made with a tilting rear wall for unloading the material into the hopper, and the front part of the bucket is movable with the ability to rotate in a vertical plane and move by means of rods towards the hopper to push the soil from the bottom into the hopper onto the feeder, which is supported in turn by a two-wheel-drive mechanism. When working, insert into the soil or pile the rocks of bucket-scoop and unload into the hopper, for example at 2–3 cycles per minute, transfer by means of feeders in a dump truck or on a conveyor in underground works, and thus the work is performed in one block face, developing the soil layer by layer, and then moving to the next block.
EFFECT: increased productivity and efficiency of loading operations in the development of soil (rock) by layered development systems using loading devices.
