FIELD: medical technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely to a hemostatic tourniquet. The tourniquet includes a flat tape, in the cavity of which two slings are located parallel to each other with a gap, the ends of which are fixed in the cavity of the flat tape. The tourniquet has a clamp of the superimposed tourniquet, located on the base of the clamp, made in the form of a coil, into the hole of which a lever is inserted. One end of the flat belt is equipped with a locking buckle, and the other end is equipped with a locking tongue. The tourniquet contains an indicator of the time of applying the tourniquet. The base of the clamp is rectangular in shape and fixed on a flat belt at the locking buckle. The long sides of the base of the retainer and the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the retainer coil are oriented along the flat tape. The coil is made monolithic. Two vertically oriented slits are made in each disc-shaped end of the coil. In the body of the coil, one vertically oriented slit is also made on different sides of the lever. One of the slings, on one of the short sides of the base of the clamp, is successively passed through the slit of the base of the clamp, then through the vertically oriented slit of the nearest disc-shaped end of the coil, through the nearest vertically oriented slit of the coil body, then through the second vertically oriented slit of the same disc-shaped end of the coil and the second slit of the base of the clamp. The other sling on the other short side of the base of the clamp is sequentially passed through the slit of the base of the clamp, the vertically oriented slit of the other disc-shaped end of the coil, the vertically oriented slit of the coil body, then through the second vertically oriented slit of the same disc-shaped end of the coil and the second slit of the base of the clamp. The lever inserted into the coil opening is oriented perpendicular to the flat tape with the possibility of its rotation around the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the coil, in which each step of the lever rotation corresponds to the step of rotation of the coil, and is designed to ensure twisting of the slings and tightening of the flat tape. Both ends of one sling are fixed at one end of the flat tape, and both ends of the other sling are fixed at the other end of the flat tape.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency and reliability of hemostasis due to uniform, gentle dosing of compression on the injured limb and ensuring guaranteed hemostasis even in self-help mode with relatively little effort.
