SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biochemistry. Disclosed is an apparatus and a method for processing nucleotide sequences, as well as a means for sequencing nucleic acids, molecular diagnosis, biological sample analysis, chemical sample analysis, food analysis and/or forensic analysis. Apparatus includes an array of electrodes and a nanoball attached to the electrode, where electrical potentials are selectively applied to the electrodes to attract and/or repel nanoballs and/or unbound interfering components. Method comprises attaching a nanoball to the electrode and selectively applying electric potentials to the electrodes of the array of electrodes. Nanoball comprises a single-strand repeating nucleotide sequence of interest.
EFFECT: invention provides efficient processing of nucleotide sequences.
