SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for monitoring a controlled parameter of a polymerization reaction mixture in a heterogeneous phase, a device for carrying out this method, and a method for controlling the polymerization reaction. Monitoring consists of stages: acquiring at least one NIR reflectance spectrum of the reaction mixture; calculating a value of said control parameter by means of a calibration curve that establishes the relationship between the NIR reflectance spectrum and the values of the controlled parameter measured with a reference measurement method.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is a significant reduction or complete prevention of contamination of sampling windows and cells, and also prevention of structural changes in the sample during its transfer from a reactor to a measuring device.
