FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to chemical and pharmaceutical industries and is a pharmaceutical antitumor composition based on salt of N,N-dimethylaminoethylamide 1’-des-(2,3-dihydroxy-n-butyroyl)-1’-carboxyiolimicin A, selected from the group of methanesulfonate, hydrochloride, citrate and fumarate of N,N-dimethylaminoethylamide 1’-des-(2,3-dihydroxy-n-butyroyl)-1’-carboxyiolimicin A. Invention allows obtaining a pharmaceutical composition that is more stable when stored with an appropriate or greater antitumor activity than a free base N,N-dimethylaminoethylamide 1’-des-(2,3-dihydroxy-n-butyroyl)-1’-carboxyiolimicin A.
EFFECT: pharmaceutical antitumor composition is proposed.
