SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an electronic article for generating vapour, which comprises a heater-wick element in communication with a liquid supply region and including a heated portion and at least one wick portion formed from a plurality of metal beads or particles, at least one connecting structure wound around the heater-wick element, at least one electrical wire (26) connected to at least one connecting structure, wherein the heated portion and the at least one wick portion are integrally moulded to each other, such that at least one wick portion is inserted into the liquid supply region, and the heated portion is located outside this region, the liquid supply region comprises a liquid material, the heater-wick element has a porosity of 30 to 60%, is capable of wicking the liquid material from the liquid supply region and move it along its length through the pores and cavities between the plurality of metal beads or particles and is configured to vaporise the liquid material.
EFFECT: technical result is providing aerosol for the end user.
