METHOD OF INHALATION ANTIBIOTICS EFFICIENCY EVALUATION IN NOSOCOMIAL PNEUMONIA Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC G01N33/50

Abstract RU 2663577 C1

FIELD: research and analysis of materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for analyzing biological materials, namely blood serum. Method for evaluating the effectiveness of inhalation antibiotic therapy for nosocomial pneumonia is to determine the protein content of Clara cells in the serum of venous blood 1 hour before the first inhalation of the antibiotic and 1 hour after inhalation with an enzyme immunoassay, an increase in the protein content of Clara cells at least 1.5 times indicates the effectiveness of inhalation antibacterial therapy.

EFFECT: method for evaluating the effectiveness of inhalation antibiotic therapy is proposed.
