For this, the patient is tested on a point scale. As a point scale, 11 tests are evaluated that determine the basic functionality of the patient, namely the ability to stand, the ability to walk on a horizontal surface, ability to walk without additional support, the ability to go down / climb the stairs, the opportunity to sit, the opportunity to get up from sitting, the ability to lie in bed, the ability to get up from a prone position, the ability to put on / off socks. After evaluating the above tests, the qualitative index of perfection of the function of the lower limbs K1, the quantitative index of the perfection of the function of the lower limbs K2, and the total functional index Ktotal. Evaluate the values of the obtained indicators as the degree of achievement of the functional optimum, Ktotal characterizing the degree of achievement of the functional optimum of the lower extremities in general, the predominance of the qualitative index K1 is assessed as the predominance of the function of the lower extremities over compensation for their function, predominance of the quantitative index of K2 is evaluated as the predominance of compensation of the function of the lower extremities over the perfection of their function.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the accuracy and objectivity of evaluating the functional capabilities of the lower extremities due to objective qualitative and the quantitative indicators obtained as a result of a series of the most accessible covering functions of the lower extremities of the tests.
