FIELD: monitoring and measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to methods for tracking ametropia and, in particular, monitoring treatment aimed at controlling myopia, and can be used for evaluation and monitoring of the progression of the abnormality of the subject's refraction. System contains a computer readable storage medium comprising instructions for performing a computerized method in which: the percentile of a refraction spherical equivalent (SPHEQ) is estimated, depending on the age of the subject and at least one of the country, area, gender, ethnicity or family history by comparison with a reference population by modeling data from a selected set of data. Estimate the expected SPHEQ trajectory for the future defined period of time. Graphical user interface is shown comparing the expected SPHEQ trajectory with the expected SPHEQ trajectory in performing the therapy aimed at controlling ametropia.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides assessment of the progression of myopia for a future period of time, as well as demonstration and monitoring of the effectiveness of treatment aimed at slowing the progression of myopia.
