FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the hydroformylation method comprising the C2-C5 olefin-containing raw materials with carbon monoxide and hydrogen contacting in the reaction zone in the presence of the hydroformylation catalyst under reaction conditions, sufficient to form at least one hydroformylation product of the olefin. Method includes: a) provision of the chemical process discharged flow vapor phase, in which organic compounds and H2 are used, wherein the discharged flow comprises the uncondensed product, organic compounds, hydrogen and inert gases; b) discharged flow cooling in the cross-flow heat exchanger for the cooled flow formation; c) the cooled flow separation into the crude product liquid flow and gaseous phase flow; d) the gaseous phase flow pressure reduction in the pressure relief device for the cooled gaseous phase flow production, at that, the pressure drop across the pressure relief device is greater than 1 Bar (0.1 MPa), and the organic compounds to H2 weight ratio in the cooled gaseous phase flow exceeds 8:1; and e) using the cooled gaseous phase stream in the cross-flow heat exchanger for the discharged flow vapor phase cooling down.

EFFECT: proposed method is simpler for the aldehydes recovery.
