FIELD: devices for spraying liquids.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid and solvent sprayers and may be used in machine building, chemical and food industries. Vortex pneumatic injector comprises a housing where the screw is press-fitted and elements for supplying liquid and air, the housing consists of two coaxial, interconnected, cylindrical bushings: a larger diameter bushing and a smaller diameter bushing, and inside the sleeve of smaller diameter, coaxial to it, there is an auger rigidly connected to its inner surface, the outer surface of the screw being a screw groove with a right or left cutting, wherein between the inner surface of the smaller diameter sleeve and the screw outer surface there is a formed swirl outer cavity connected by means of a tube to a source of compressed air, and an aperture with a left or right screw thread is formed inside the screw, connected to a tube for supplying liquid under pressure, at that the direction of the screw thread of the aperture made inside the screw, opposite to the direction of the outer swirl groove of the screw, and in the bushing of a larger diameter, coaxial to it, a shaped bushing is located, the inner surface of which is formed by a conical and cylindrical surface and that is rigidly fixed in a larger diameter bushing through the sealing gasket to form a cylindrical chamber serving as a damper capacitor for uniformly supplying compressed air to the screw outer cavity, wherein in the cylindrical cavity of the shaped sleeve there is a free end of the liquid supply tube disposed in a coaxial elastic ring for damping hydraulic impacts in cases of uneven fluid supply, and the screw outer cavity is connected by means of a tube to a source of compressed air, wherein the tube is provided with a bypass supply of compressed air to a diffuser that is rigidly attached to the end portion of the hub of a smaller diameter of the housing, at that the end face of the sleeve of a smaller diameter of the housing is also attached axially symmetrically and coaxially to its body, confuser 16 made in the form of a hollow sleeve in the form of a truncated cone with at least three throttling openings uniformly disposed on its outer surface, at that the output sections of the diffuser and the confuser are connected by a shell made in the form of a surface of a truncated cone, the larger base of the surface of the truncated cone being located in the plane of the diffuser cut, and a bypass supply of compressed air is inserted into the cavity formed in this way, bounded by the surfaces of the diffuser, the confuser, and the shell connecting them in the form of a surface of a truncated cone.
EFFECT: increase in the liquid spraying efficiency.
