FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: pneumatic swirler comprises a housing in which is molded a screw, and the elements for feeding liquid and air, the housing consists of two concentric, interconnected, cylindrical bushings bushings larger diameter and a smaller diameter sleeve and within the smaller diameter sleeve coaxially located screw is rigidly connected to its inner surface, the outer surface of the screw is a helical groove on the right or left cutting. Between the inner surface of the smaller diameter sleeve and the outer surface of the outer helical screw is formed a cavity connected by tubing to a source of compressed air and inside a hole of the screw on the left and right screw threads connected to a pipe for supplying liquid under pressure. The direction of screw thread hole formed inside the screw is opposite to the outer screw spiral grooves and a larger diameter in the sleeve, coaxially located a shaped sleeve whose inner surface formed by conical and cylindrical surfaces, and which is fixedly secured in the sleeve of larger diameter through the sealing gasket with forming a cylindrical chamber, which serves as a damper vessel for uniform supply of compressed air in the outer helical cavity, with the cavity in the cylindrical sleeve is shaped free end of the tube for supplying the liquid disposed in a coaxial elastic ring serving for damping hydraulic shocks in cases of uneven supply of liquid. In end part of the small diameter sleeve of the casing, the diffuser is secured, at its end divider of the liquid flow is installed, it is made in form of the perforated ring, which is coaxial with the diffuser. The screw is located within the smaller diameter one, coaxially and rigidly attached to its inner surface, it is pressed into it, and a shaped sleeve whose inner surface is formed by conical and cylindrical surfaces, is fixedly secured in the sleeve of larger diameter by a threaded connection through the sealing gasket and a fluid flow divider, designed as a perforated ring coaxially with a diffuser attached conical funnel. The smaller base of the truncated conical surface of the socket is connected to the inner surface of the hole in the divider.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of dispersion.
