Abstract RU 2665783 C1

FIELD: shipbuilding.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding, namely to ship power plants, and can be used both on sea and river large-tonnage vessels for various purposes. Power plant includes a block of two vertically mounted piston engines with crank-piston power take-off mechanisms, which are installed outside the working cylinders and connected to the damper chambers of engines by two-link pipelines, with articulated links. In this case, the working cylinders are cross-connected by a crosspiece attached to the air cylinder, with air pressure above the piston less than atmospheric pressure and suspended from the overhead metal structure of the ship's hull.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify and facilitate the ship's power plant, as well as to increase its reliability and economy.
