SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway automation for the rail vehicles stabilization. Rail vehicle stabilization device, comprising the wheels pair and drive unit for the rail vehicle acceleration and/or deceleration, includes the wheel pair oscillation state parameter determining device, drive unit control unit using the wheel pair oscillation parameter to change the rail vehicle speed. Wherein in the rail vehicle control unit a function is stored, indicating the functional relationship between the oscillation state parameter and the rail vehicle speed, and the speed change is performed using the function.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the rail vehicle stabilization reliability.
