SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used for wireless communication systems. System comprises a first wireless communication interface, a second wireless communication interface, and a processor. First wireless communication interface is configured to use an ultra-high frequency to establish at least one internal communication link with the base station. Second wireless communication interface is configured to use an extremely high frequency to establish at least one external communication link with the user equipment. Processor is configured to at least partially forward the signal of the user information received via the external communication line as a communication signal, which will be transmitted through an internal communication line when frequency conversion of an extremely high frequency to an ultra-high frequency is performed, or at least for a partial redirection of the communication signal received through the internal communication line.

EFFECT: technical result is high transmission channel throughput.
