SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, namely to methods for producing casting composite materials based on aluminum alloys, and can be used in the manufacture of products from deformable aluminum alloys. Method for producing a cast composite material based on an aluminum alloy, fiber-reinforced, includes the preparation of a melt of an aluminum alloy, introduction into it by kneading reinforcing fibers of an aluminum alloy of the same composition, produced by the extrusion of granules, and solidification of the melt, while the preparation of the melt, the introduction of reinforcing fibers into it and their kneading are carried out in a crucible vacuum induction high-frequency furnace at a vacuum of 0.799–1.066 Pa, after which the melt is cast into a metal mold located inside the vacuum chamber, which is removed after the melt solidifies.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the mechanical properties of the alloy.
