SUBSTANCE: method of predicting metastasis of gastric cancer tumors is described, the said method includes the stages of obtaining tissue samples of gastric cancer tumors and normal gastric mucosa tissue, performing reverse transcription of microRNAs from miR-34a, miR-146a, miR-335 and miR-590 and mRNA groups of the VEGF R 1 gene group, VEGF R2, NRP1, determining the expression levels of the above microRNAs and mRNA, comparing the expression levels of the above microRNAs and mRNA relative to normal gastric mucosa and determining the risk of gastric cancer tumor metastasis.

EFFECT: expansion of the ability to predict distant metastases of gastric cancer and increase in the reliability of this prediction by studying the expression of microRNAs and genes.
