SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of haberdashery and, in particular, can be used for the manufacture or modernization of umbrellas. Aim of the invention is to provide a sufficient degree of illumination for safe movement of the user during the rain, at any time of the day. Umbrella containing a handle located at the lower end of the rod is stated, on the upper part of which there is an unfolding fabric semicircular dome stretched over folding spokes; dome is made in two colors, the inner surface of which is white, or light, or silvery, or has a white, light or silver cloth attached to the inner surface; in the handle is located drop-out from the handle forward at an angle of 90° LED flashlight, the back of which is a button that includes a LED flashlight, the top surface of the flashlight is transparent, and the inner cavity is mirrored.

EFFECT: providing sufficient degree of illumination for safe movement of the user during the rain, at any time of the day.
