FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying dispersed materials and can be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. Drying plant for high-moisture materials contains a housing in the form of two truncated cones connected by large bases, a gas distribution grid in its lower part, inert bodies inside the housing and a nozzle of the dried material. Nozzle comprises a cylindrical hollow body with a channel for supplying liquid, in which an atomizer consisting of three throttling elements is fixed. Atomizer is made in the form of oppositely arranged vertices and axisymmetric hollow conical swirls: upper and lower. Through the external surfaces of the hollow cone swirls, through screw threads are made, and the throttling effect of the atomizer is generally determined by the total throughput of the constituent elements, in order to obtain a finely dispersed spray, the total throughput of the upper swirler and the perforated plate is greater than that of the lower swirler, and a diffuser with a circular perforated plate mounted on its cut is fixed to the lower end surface of the cylindrical hollow body.
EFFECT: obtaining a uniformly distributed volume of droplets of finely dispersed spray.
