Determine the microcirculatory channel in people with diabetes: the distance between the arterial and venular parts of the capillaries, the diameter of the venular and arterial parts of the capillaries, the arteriolovenular coefficient, the length of the perivascular space, the coefficient of transverse deformation of the capillaries. Following microcirculatory indices are taken as confidence values: reduction of the distance between the arterial and venular parts of the capillaries from 18.3 mcm or less; increase in the diameter of the venular part of the capillaries from 54.5 mcm or more; reduction of the diameter of the arterial part of the capillaries from 23.3 mcm or less; decrease in arteriolovenular coefficient from 0.42 and less; an increase in the length of the perivascular zone from 98.3 mcm or more; an increase in the coefficient of transverse deformation of capillaries from 5.6 and more. If there are differences from the indicated values of 4 or more indicators, the microcirculation is estimated as changed, which indicates that the patients will develop complications of diabetes mellitus within 5 years.

EFFECT: method allows objectively, informatively, simply and accurately assess the state of microcirculation and predict complications of diabetes by assessing the complex of the most significant indicators of the microcirculatory bed by computer capillaroscopy of the nail bed.
